Privacy policy
This policy explains what information AI Trainer Board (aitrainerboard.com) collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site has no accounts, sign-ups or forms, sets no cookies, and doesn’t sell personal data.
Who is responsible
AI Trainer Board is run by an individual based in India, who decides how the information below is used (the “data fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the “controller” under the GDPR and UK GDPR). When you visit the site
Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes each request, including your IP address and browser details, to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse.
Your country: when a page lists jobs, it asks the site which country Cloudflare places you in, so roles open there can be shown first. Only the two-letter country code is returned; it isn’t logged or stored by the site, and your browser keeps it for up to an hour.
Visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, where visitors arrive from, and their country, device and browser type, without cookies and without identifying you or following you across sites. There is no other analytics or advertising tracking.
Stored in your browser
Your saved jobs, light or dark theme, last job filters and whether you turned off “roles open in your country first” are kept in your browser’s local storage, and a timestamp that prevents reload loops after an update is kept for the session. They stay on your device, are never sent to the site, and you can delete them by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
When you apply through a referral link
Apply and Join buttons take you to the platform’s own site, where your sign-up and application are handled under that platform’s terms and privacy policy. This site never sees your application.
Some of those links are referral links. If you sign up through one, the platform may share with us your name, email address and how far your referral has progressed (for example signed up, applied, hired or paid), along with any referral reward. We use this only to track referral rewards, keep it private on the operator’s computer, never publish it and never sell it.
When you email us
We use your email address and message to reply, and keep them only as long as needed to deal with your message.
Legal basis, sharing and transfers
Hosting, security, the country lookup and visit statistics are needed to run and improve the site (legitimate interests, or legitimate uses under Indian law). Referral information is used to receive the rewards the platforms offer.
Information is shared only with Cloudflare, the site’s host, which may process it outside your country, including in the United States, and with a platform only when you choose to visit it. It is never sold.
Cloudflare keeps its data under its own retention settings; referral information is kept while a referral reward can still be paid.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and object to its use. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you and raise a grievance with us, then with the Data Protection Board of India. In the EU and UK you can also ask us to restrict its use or move it, and complain to your data protection authority.

Children
The site lists work for adults and isn’t meant for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If what the site collects changes, this page is updated and the date below changes with it.
