Evaluating how large environments manage their technology stacks is critical for developing better management frameworks. We want to understand the realities of balancing daily operations with long-term strategic choices.</p>\n<h3>How It Works</h3>\n<p>You will participate in a remote video interview to walk us through your technology management workflows. We will ask you to describe a recent strategic decision your organization made regarding its technology environment. You will share your perspective on the operational challenges and the criteria used to evaluate new solutions. The conversation will focus on your firsthand experience handling these processes.</p>\n<h3>Who This Is For</h3>\n<p>We are looking for IT managers and business leaders operating at mid-to-large organizations. We welcome IT directors, technology operations managers, and business unit leaders involved in technical strategy. You should have direct experience navigating complex technology environments and participating in strategic planning.</p>\n<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Participate in a remote video interview about technology operations</li><li>Walk us through how your organization manages its technology environment</li><li>Describe a recent strategic decision related to technology investments</li><li>Share your perspective on balancing daily operations with long-term strategy</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Current IT or business manager at a mid-to-large organization</li><li>Direct involvement in technology operations or strategic decision-making</li><li>Comfortable discussing internal workflows and evaluation criteria</li></ul><h3>Who can apply</h3><ul><li>Must be 18+ years old, located in the United States, and fluent in English.</li><li>Must hold a title such as Director, VP, C-level, Manager, or IT personnel responsible for end user computing, client engineering, personal systems, or procuring/imaging PCs.</li><li>Must work at an organization with 2,000 or more employees worldwide and 2,000 or more personal computers (desktops and laptops).</li><li>Must have scope of responsibility covering at least 10% of the PCs at the organization.</li><li>Must use an external vendor for PC management and disposition, having subscribed to third-party services for at least 6 months.</li><li>Must have been in charge of or influenced the selection of PC lifecycle management and disposition services at the organization.</li><li>Must be able to provide the organization&#39;s spend on PC lifecycle management and disposition services compared to before using these services.</li><li>Must have quantitative knowledge about the impact of these services on areas like employee productivity, IT team effort, device utilization, asset management, or secure end-of-life handling.</li><li>Must work in a qualifying industry (excludes Government, IT services/consulting, Market Research, Professional Services, and VARs/Resellers).</li></ul>"}
