In this role, you’ll apply your clinical knowledge and practical experience to assess medical scenarios, provide accurate clinical reasoning, and contribute high-quality expert feedback.</p><p>Scope of Work</p><ul><li>Review and evaluate primary care and general medicine scenarios.</li><li>Assess patient symptoms, medical histories, clinical findings, and other relevant information.</li><li>Apply clinical reasoning to identify appropriate differential diagnoses and next steps.</li><li>Evaluate proposed treatment and patient management approaches based on established clinical practices.</li><li>Review medical content for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.</li><li>Identify incorrect, unclear, or potentially misleading clinical information.</li><li>Provide clear explanations and evidence-based reasoning for your evaluations.</li><li>Complete structured annotation, evaluation, and quality-review tasks using your healthcare expertise.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Professional experience or demonstrated expertise in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Medicine, or a related clinical field.</li><li>Relevant medical education, qualifications, or professional certifications are preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of patient assessment, diagnosis, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning.</li><li>Familiarity with current clinical guidelines and evidence-based medical practices.</li><li>Prior Human Data experience, such as data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI model evaluation, or similar work.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>"}
