In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.</p><h4>Scope of Work</h4><ul><li>Review and assess medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for use in AI training and development.</li><li>Evaluate clinical information and ensure that all claims and statements are supported by proper documentation.</li><li>Analyze inpatient documentation such as HPI, PMH, assessments, and care plans, identifying any discrepancies or omissions.</li><li>Apply consistent standards and follow clear guidelines to ensure accuracy and reliability in clinical data review.</li><li>Provide detailed, actionable feedback to project teams to improve AI model performance and data quality.</li><li>Communicate findings and insights clearly through both written reports and verbal discussions with project stakeholders.</li></ul><h4>Preferred Qualifications</h4><ul><li>MD or DO credential, board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.</li><li>Current or recent hands-on inpatient or hospitalist clinical experience (within the past 2 years preferred).</li><li>Expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, and hospital-based clinical care workflows.</li><li>Proven ability to review and critique clinical notes and raw health record data with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Experience with chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is advantageous.</li><li>Demonstrated clinical reasoning and decision-making skills relevant to inpatient care.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clear, constructive feedback.</li></ul>"}
