You will review legal scenarios, evaluate AI-generated legal work, and provide expert feedback to help train advanced AI models.</p><h4>Scope of Work</h4><ul><li>Analyze employment law scenarios to identify key legal issues, assess risks, and apply sound legal judgment.</li><li>Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.</li><li>Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve AI-generated outputs.</li></ul><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.</li><li>Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia.</li><li>More than 3 years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law.</li><li>Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills.</li><li>Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.</li></ul>"}
