In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.</p><h4>Scope of Work</h4><ul><li>Evaluate AI-generated trading strategies for rates products, providing feedback based on your professional experience and knowledge of real market dynamics.</li><li>Assess the realism and market viability of AI outputs related to interest rate swaps, swaptions, Treasury futures, Eurodollar/SOFR, and repo instruments.</li><li>Offer structured, actionable commentary on algorithmic strategies and decision rationale.</li><li>Identify market scenarios where AI recommendations diverge from actual trading desk practices.</li><li>Suggest improvements to increase the accuracy and sophistication of AI-generated trading logic.</li><li>Engage in written and verbal discussions to clarify reasoning and facilitate the AI training process.</li><li>Contribute flexibly to project milestones in a remote setting.</li></ul><h4>Preferred Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Current or former Rates trader at an investment bank or hedge fund.</li><li>Extensive hands-on experience trading interest rate swaps, swaptions, Treasury futures, Eurodollar/SOFR, and repo products.</li><li>Background in algorithmic or systematic trading on a Rates desk (VP, Director, or similar level strongly preferred).</li><li>In-depth understanding of rates market structure, pricing, and risk management.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex trading insights.</li><li>Comfort evaluating quantitative strategies and explaining their real-world applicability.</li><li>Previous experience collaborating on technology or trading system projects is a plus.</li></ul>"}
