In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.</p><p>Scope of Work</p><ul><li>Analyze, annotate, and label clinical dental data to support AI model development.</li><li>Evaluate outputs from dental AI models for accuracy, clinical relevance, and workflow realism.</li><li>Provide expert insights on digital dentistry, including CAD/CAM workflows, digital imaging, and treatment planning software.</li><li>Review and validate dental charting, imaging, and case scenarios for use in machine learning tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to clarify dental practices and software usage.</li><li>Deliver structured feedback and guidance to help refine and enhance AI-driven dental applications.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Licensed dentist (DDS, DMD, or internationally recognized equivalent).</li><li>Proven hands-on experience with clinical dental software (practice management, digital imaging, CAD/CAM, or treatment planning solutions).</li><li>Prior involvement in human data projects (data labeling, annotation, RLHF, evaluation, or similar tasks).</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of digital dentistry workflows and technologies.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data review and annotation.</li><li>English language proficiency at B2 level or above.</li><li>Comfort with remote, software-based project participation and virtual collaboration.</li></ul>"}
