While the primary work is remote, you’ll be based in San Francisco and play a pivotal role at local career fairs and events every 1-2 weeks.</p><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Source and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, including headhunting, networking, and digital platforms.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on talent strategy.</li><li>Maintain and update accurate records in the applicant tracking system, reporting key recruitment metrics and progress.</li><li>Self-manage priorities and deliverables while working remotely, demonstrating high autonomy and accountability.</li><li>Represent our customer's team at San Francisco-based career fairs and industry events on a bi-weekly basis to enhance employer brand and connect with prospective talent.</li><li>Continuously refine sourcing strategies to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup environment.</li></ul><h4>Required Skills and Qualifications</h4><ul><li>2-3 years of proven headhunting and recruitment experience, preferably in startup or tech-focused organizations.</li><li>Expertise in candidate sourcing, recruitment pipeline management, and talent acquisition best practices.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and deliver results in a remote work setting.</li><li>Strong stakeholder communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.</li><li>Deep familiarity with the San Francisco talent market and local recruiting channels.</li><li>Adaptability and resilience to thrive amidst shifting priorities and fast-paced demands.</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to attending and actively participating in in-person career events in San Francisco.</li></ul><h4>Preferred Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Experience recruiting for high-growth startups or hyper-growth environments.</li><li>Established network within the San Francisco technology ecosystem.</li><li>Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics tools.</li></ul>"}
