Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. </p><p>Scope of Work</p><ul><li>Evaluate and annotate complex financial materials, transaction documents, and case studies to enrich AI learning datasets.</li><li>Draft, review, and edit project deliverables including pitchbooks, valuation models, and market analysis summaries for accuracy and clarity.</li><li>Simulate and document real-world investment scenarios to improve model understanding of industry practices and deal processes.</li><li>Provide detailed, written feedback on AI-generated financial content with a focus on precision, relevance, and professionalism.</li><li>Curate and synthesize financial data to support scenario creation and decision-making exercises within the project scope.</li><li>Identify and communicate nuanced industry concepts and terminology essential to authentic investment banking operations.</li><li>Collaborate virtually with project coordinators to ensure deliverables align with project guidelines and client expectations.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Current or recent experience as an Investment Banking Associate (any level) or Analyst (2nd year+), or equivalent role within Sales &amp; Trading.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution processes.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and detail.</li><li>Proven ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, transaction documents, and market data.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback on complex materials.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables within defined project milestones.</li><li>Familiarity with industry-standard documentation, regulatory considerations, and deal structuring nuances.</li></ul>"}
