In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.</p><h4>Scope of Work</h4><ul><li>Deliver high-quality visual assets in alignment with provided guidelines and brand standards.</li><li>Assess and critique existing graphic materials, providing actionable insights for enhancement and improvement.</li><li>Create compelling digital illustrations, layouts, and graphics for diverse applications, ensuring consistency and innovation.</li><li>Document and communicate creative decisions, methodologies, and design rationales clearly and thoroughly.</li><li>Collaborate with project stakeholders via written and verbal channels to ensure deliverables meet expectations and requirements.</li><li>Participate in iterative feedback cycles, refining and optimizing graphic outputs for clarity, usability, and impact.</li><li>Maintain organized files and deliverables for seamless project handoffs and downstream usage.</li></ul><h4>Preferred Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Advanced proficiency in industry-standard graphic design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).</li><li>Demonstrated portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, print, and/or branding projects.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and proactive collaboration.</li><li>Experience providing constructive feedback and design critique in collaborative environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of current design trends, visual storytelling, and user-centered design principles.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple design deliverables, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote setting.</li><li>Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data-driven design workflows is a plus but not required.</li></ul>"}
