{"html":"<p>Workiva knowledge we require</p>\n<h4>Core (required of all candidates)</h4>\n<ul>\n<li><p>Knows how linked data flows in Workiva: how a source value in a spreadsheet drives every linked figure in the filing, and how to trace a number back to its source</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Knows how to tie out a filing: footing, cross-footing, and agreeing statement and footnote figures to the trial balance and supporting schedules</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Knows how to judge XBRL/iXBRL tagging: standard US GAAP taxonomy element vs. custom extension, period and sign conventions, and dimensions</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Knows how to check disclosure completeness against Reg S-X and S-K requirements, not just whether a section exists</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Knows how review workflow works (tasks, comments, sign-offs, versions) and when a sign-off is stale because the underlying data changed</p>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Specialized depth (strong working knowledge in at least 2–3 of the following)</h4>\n<ul>\n<li><p>10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K preparation and EDGAR filing</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>SOX 404 controls documentation, testing, and deficiency evaluation</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>ESG and sustainability reporting (CSRD, ISSB, climate disclosures)</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Earnings releases and board or management reporting</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Rollforwards (equity, debt, PP&amp;E, tax) and their linkage to the face statements</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Workiva administration: permissions, templates, data connections</p>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What you&#39;ll do</p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>Confirm a figure, tag, or disclosure in the filing is correct and traces back to its source, not just that it renders</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Catch broken or stale links, mis-tagged XBRL elements, sign or period errors, and edits made outside the scope of the request</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Judge completeness: when one number changes, are all affected statements, footnotes, and tags updated</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Distinguish &quot;the document validates&quot; from &quot;this would survive SEC review or audit&quot;</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Verify that a request that should be refused (editing a locked section, overriding a signed-off control without support) is refused rather than forced through</p>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n<li><h4>Frequent Workiva use - weekly or more - in your current or recent role</h4>\n</li>\n<li><p><strong>3+ years of SEC reporting, technical accounting, or SOX/internal audit experience at a public company or audit firm</strong></p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Can spot a broken tie-out, a wrong XBRL element, or a missing disclosure on sight</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>CPA strongly preferred; Big 4 or public-company reporting background preferred</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Strong working knowledge in at least 2–3 specialized areas above</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Prior data annotation, labeling, or AI evaluation experience is a plus</p>\n</li>\n</ul>"}
