In this role you will apply your pediatric clinical expertise to <strong>review, annotate, and evaluate clinical documentation</strong>, directly shaping the accuracy, safety, and clinical usefulness of medical AI systems.</p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>\n<h4>Clinical Documentation Review</h4>\n<ul>\n<li><p>Review pediatric clinical documentation and patient charts for accuracy, completeness, and clinical soundness</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Evaluate AI-generated clinical summaries against what a practicing pediatrician would expect to see</p>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Annotation &amp; Structured Feedback</h4>\n<ul>\n<li><p>Annotate clinical encounter data against detailed guidelines</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Flag omissions, hallucinations, clinical inaccuracies, and documentation gaps in AI-generated output</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Provide structured, written feedback that engineering and product teams can act on</p>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Knowledge Contribution</h4>\n<ul>\n<li><p>Contribute expert input on annotation guidelines and edge-case definitions</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Raise clarifying questions where guidance is ambiguous and help refine the guidelines</p>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n<li><p><strong>MD</strong> with a background as a <strong>pediatrician</strong></p>\n</li>\n<li><h4>US-based</h4>\n</li>\n<li><p>Available for a <strong>minimum of 10 hours/week</strong> through mid-November</p>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior <strong>AI/ML annotation or model evaluation</strong> experience (with positive performance reviews)</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Work Arrangement</h3>\n<ul>\n<li><p>Remote, part-time</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Flexible scheduling, designed around an active clinical practice</p>\n</li>\n</ul>"}
