{"html":"<h3>About the Role</h3>\n<p>Mercor is partnering with a leading AI lab to train frontier models on high-quality insurance reasoning data. We&#39;re hiring Commercial Insurance Brokers and Risk Advisors to design realistic client-advisory and placement scenarios, evaluate model outputs against established industry standards, and help shape how the next generation of AI reasons about commercial insurance purchasing and risk transfer.</p>\n<p>We welcome retail and wholesale brokers, commercial producers, account executives, risk advisors, and professionals who have advised small businesses, middle-market organizations, or large national accounts.</p>\n<h3>What You&#39;ll Do</h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design realistic scenarios involving exposure identification, coverage recommendations, submissions, marketing, placement, renewals, and client servicing</li>\n<li>Create work products such as coverage comparisons, renewal strategies, proposal analyses, exposure summaries, and client recommendations</li>\n<li>Write &quot;golden&quot; reference responses at experienced broker and risk-advisor quality</li>\n<li>Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics for accuracy, completeness, client suitability, and practical usefulness</li>\n<li>Identify when model outputs overlook material exposures, recommend unsuitable coverage, confuse carrier and broker responsibilities, or mishandle account-specific constraints</li>\n<li>Provide written feedback the research team uses to improve model behavior</li>\n<li>Participate in onboarding office hours and calibration sessions</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>You&#39;re a Good Fit If You</h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Have 2+ years of professional experience in commercial insurance brokerage, risk advisory, placement, production, or account management</li>\n<li>Have worked directly with commercial clients in at least one segment, such as small business, middle market, large/national accounts, or specialty risks</li>\n<li>Understand submissions, quotes, binders, policy comparisons, coverage gaps, renewals, and broker-carrier-client communications</li>\n<li>Can distinguish a broker&#39;s advisory obligations from a carrier&#39;s underwriting and claims responsibilities</li>\n<li>Demonstrate excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail</li>\n<li>Are comfortable explaining insurance concepts and recommendations in clear, practical language</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n<li>CPCU, CIC, CRM, ARM, or comparable insurance designation</li>\n<li>Wholesale, E&amp;S, Lloyd&#39;s, or specialty-placement experience</li>\n<li>Experience with captives, large deductibles, loss-sensitive programs, or multinational accounts</li>\n<li>Experience serving more than one industry or account segment</li>\n<li>Active or previously held producer license</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Role Highlights</h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 20 hours per week (ideally 40+)</li>\n<li>Role starts immediately, applications reviewed on a rolling basis</li>\n</ul>"}
