Panel members take part in surveys, interviews and hands-on testing of new models on a flexible, ongoing basis.</p>\n<h4>Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Runs workstation-sized AI models locally on personal hardware as part of regular coding work.</li>\n<li>Can describe at least two recent local workflows in detail, including the models, tooling and agent setup used.</li>\n<li>Can compare the strengths and weaknesses of at least two local models, including when to switch to a hosted frontier model.</li>\n<li>Is comfortable signing a restrictive NDA and discussing experience without breaching employer or client confidentiality.</li>\n</ul>"}
