We are hiring registered nurses as contractors to review, create, and rank clinical content that teaches AI models how real nursing works.</p>\n<p>You will evaluate AI-generated patient education, triage guidance, and clinical documentation for accuracy and safety, and create expert demonstrations drawn from your own practice.</p>\n<p>The work is paid hourly, fully remote, and fully async - you choose when and how much you work. Your clinical judgment directly shapes how safe and useful these systems are in healthcare settings.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety</li><li>Create expert demonstrations of nursing workflows, triage, and patient education</li><li>Rank and label model responses against nursing best practices</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Active RN license in good standing (ADN or BSN)</li><li>2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or comparable care setting</li><li>Strong written communication skills</li></ul><h3>Preferred qualifications</h3><ul><li>BSN or MSN degree</li><li>Specialty certification such as CCRN, CEN, or OCN</li><li>Experience in ICU, ED, or other high-acuity settings</li></ul>"}
